• Ballots will be mailed around February 28, 2009.
• All ballots must be received by April 4, 2008.
• Your vote counts , so please send it in as early as possible.

At a Vancity branch

• Vote in person at any Vancity branch between March 27 to April 4, 2008.
• Bring Vancity card or other ID.

Businesses and Organizations

• businesses and organizations also receive ballots
• a representative must be appointed and may be a non-member.
• fill out “Designation of Voter” form
